Why there's no AI in this
Every check here is a rule, not a judgement: does it say what not to build, is there a data model, is it under the ceiling. Rules give the same spec the same score every time. An AI grader would give you a different number on Tuesday, and you'd be right not to trust it.
It also means we can leave this open to everyone without a signup wall — there is no per-use cost to protect.
